As a reminder, team announcements for the Spring 2025 Season will release Monday 14th; Girls will be sent from 5pm, Boys from 7pm. We have close to 100 teams to organise and send through to around 500 families, so please remember that some coordinators need more time than others to release their teams. We ask that you wait 24 hours before contacting them if you haven’t received an email. Please ensure you’re also checking junk/spam folders for your email, before enquiring with your coordinator.

Once teams have been published, it’s the clubs policy that no contact is to be made with your age level coordinator for 48 hours after team publication. If you would like to speak to the age level coordinator about your child’s team, you must wait the designated 48 hours and then send an email with your inquiry or request. We ask that you refrain from contacting the Executive Committee or other committee members about your child’s team, as these requests will be forwarded back to the relevant age level coordinator.
