Hi everyone,

We understand there's been questions regarding our Player Of The Week and Gameday (team) photos across the start of 2026. After a committee meeting on Sunday night, we wanted to provide everyone with an update regarding this process moving forward, so it's outlined clearly for all members. I've had a number of people approach me this year with social media questions and I want to clarify that I no longer operate any general social media content. My role is purely to provide significant communication updates, such as this one and field any general questions members might have. ☺️

The following has been discussed and approved with our Social Media Coordinator Dakota, and Club President Michael:

- Due to access issues on some of our social accounts, we ask that all Player Of The Week and Team Photos be emailed directly to Dakota at socials@yarrambatphantoms.com.au. If they are sent anywhere else, then there's a chance they may be missed..

- Their first priority each week will be the Player Of The Week posts. These will be released in bulk and completed by Sunday night at the latest, with the aim still being Saturday night or Sunday morning where possible.

- Team posts will now be released in bulk, with the team blurb included at the bottom of the team photo. Their goal is to have these published by Monday at the latest.

- If a team or Player Of The Week post is missed, please email socials@yarrambatphantoms.com.au and they will include them the following week. They just ask for patience while the round is being finalised.

- Lastly, we want member feedback. If you wish to contribute, please email president@yarrambatphantoms.com.au with any positive or constructive feedback about what you'd like to see with our socials in general across 2026!
