The 2026 Yarrambat Phantoms Basketball Club’s Annual General Meeting will be held on the:

We would also like to clarify the process for the AGM as it had some confusion last year.

All nominated parties outside of the Executive Positions (which are voted on by the members of the club). You are nominated to the Committee of Management first at the AGM. If approved and successful.

Following the AGM, at the Committee meeting you will be allocated a position as per your nomination. If more than one person is nominated for a position it will then be voted on at that committee meeting.

If you are interested in joining the committee and contributing to the strengthening of governance, while supporting the club’s continued growth and future development, we would welcome expressions of interest from passionate and committed individuals.
Your involvement would play an important role in shaping the direction and sustainability of the club. We encourage those with a genuine interest in contributing to its success to consider this opportunity.
